you are the right hand of our CEO:

• You prepare decisions and support strategic tasks
• You are the active interface to the business units, service providers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Creating reports, decision templates and presentations come naturally to you.
• You are the inspiration and source of ideas for all our problems and know how to solve them ;-).
• You handle issues and independently eliminate concerns before they even occur. 
• You assist with appointments with shareholders, customers and business partners.

You are the organizational talent and center of the company:

• You coordinate and manage central service projects on your own responsibility.
• You are the contact person for all organizational issues and eliminate signs of bureaucracy every day.
• You confidently organize and moderate our global employee meetings, workshops and other events.
• You support our employees with their issues and are there for them. You provide a point of contact for new employees. 

• hands-on mentality: You enjoy helping to shape your area and working in a self-determined and solution-oriented way.
• based on your foresight and organizational skills, you always know what's going on.
• as a team player, you word easy with your colleagues towards one common goal.
• you communicate proactively in English (maybe also in German) with other teams and external partners.
• you have the tools and the necessary expertise to meet the requirements set above.
